Question: Poker player Chris Moneymaker, how good do you think he really is?

He is a good player....definitely above average. That said there are so many people now that are above average and have played more hands then Chris has which is an advantage. No matter what he does from now on in poker and how good he may or may not be he is a World Champion. Nobody can take away what he did in 2003 winning the Main Event at the WSOP and he is directly responsible for the huge poker boom.

If he can turn $39 into $2.5 million is obviously above average!

back when he won in 2003 i think he sucked but got very lucky. nowaday, i think he has become a much better player and is definitely above average.
